Delivery Within the UAE

We provide fast and discreet delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Method: Standard UAE courier service

  • Packaging: 100% private and unmarked packaging to protect your privacy

  • Payment: Cash On Delivery (COD) available

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

  • Tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used intimate items for hygiene reasons

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery (with photo proof).

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
