🛡️ Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and privacy. Due to the personal nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations.


1. Items Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ The item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect
✔ The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

⛔ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned, even if opened only once.


2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer)


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only if:

  • The item is unopened, and

  • The desired replacement product is in stock

If the item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, the following cannot be returned:

❌ Opened intimate items
❌ Used items
❌ Lubricants, oils, or consumables once opened
❌ Clearance / final sale products
❌ Items without original packaging


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost


7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


8. Discreet Handling

All returns and communications are handled confidentially, respecting your privacy at every step.
